Lessons learned and knowledge

Since I work so far gained very useful experience and specific knowledge, and that I was a young and ambitious reject facing rapid and aggressive adoption of new knowledge and skills. I am able to be relatively easy to fit into the appropriate IT project that will allow me to continue learning and advancement in this very dynamic and interesting area, which is the principal economic sector 21st century.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Professional training for me has a special significance, given that autonomy and EU integration processes create the need for the state to empower and strengthen their capacities in new sectors and new areas.

The environment in which we operate has changed significantly in comparison with the previous period. Changes are not felt just at the political level, but also include organizations and influence the daily work of all segments of the system in the state.

Ability to set priorities and to work in a team
A team or group is two or more people who are connected and work together to meet set goals. Teamwork is essential because all team members share a common goal, jointly engaged to often influence each other.

They also define themselves as members belonging to that group and they feel they are useful to the group.

TACTFUL, GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR, GOOD SELF-CONTROL

They say that I have a good sense of humor, but of course, that humor is known only to a very close circle of people. I love healthy humor, when I say healthy, I think the one without irony and sarcasm.

Because I think a lot of people really have such humor in themselves and that's what I do not like.

I do not understand it. A few people in my life know how to properly qualify the humor and make me laugh to tears.

I love being in the circle of such people because that cuts all the stress out of me.

It's a pity that we don't have more such people.

Being a professional dedicated to work means skills to isolate and treat each meeting with business partners separately, NOT ALLOWING negative experiences from the past to ruin future relationships.

I do not accept that successes or failures of the past affect my current job performance.

When it comes to customer service, I live exclusively in the present. If I manage to recognize a situation over which I have no control, I will try to master it and at the emotional level.
