When you receive a strike, it can be one of two types. Copyright strikes are issued when YouTube removes Content because a copyright owner sent to them is a complete and valid legal request asking them to do so.
Community Guidelines strikes are issued when YouTube remove Content because it violates YouTube's Community Guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of nudity or sexual content, violent or graphic content, harmful or dangerous content, or spam.
