So isn't so popular just because is being used by many major tech companies like Adobe, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and Yahoo.
💡What is Scrum?
1. Iterative development, or breaking a project into smaller chunks, starting with the most impactful/valuable chunks first.
2. It's a soft developing method where my developers have full authority over the project, without intervention from the Product Owner.
3. Break a big project into 1 week to 1-month projects so you can make sure you’re on course throughout.
Scrum is based on THREE PILLARS OF EMPIRICISM: Transparency, Inspection, and Adaptation.
